Job summary

Laser Clinics Australia – New Plymouth is seeking a hands-on Clinic Manager to lead our team, deliver advanced aesthetic treatments, and maintain clinical excellence while guiding from the front.

You’ll develop your people, drive sales and customer experience, oversee rosters and compliance, and partner with our Medical Advisory Committee to ensure gold-standard safety. A pathway to senior leadership awaits in a global aesthetics leader.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in aesthetics or clinical settings.
• Qualification in beauty with level 4 or higher.
• Ability to analyse performance and drive results.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
