Qualifications

• Formal leadership experience in aesthetics or clinical settings.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Formal internationally recognised qualification in Beauty: i.e. Beauty level 4 (minimum)
• Previous leadership and team development experience within aesthetics, beauty, or a clinical environment.
• Business acumen with the ability to analyse performance and drive results.
• Be punctual, organised, share knowledge, supports others, and leads a positive and motivating workplace. You will celebrate team wins and helps lift others’ confidence along the way.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships with clients through expertise and empathy while delivering treatments that achieve confidence boosting real results.
• Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
