Job summary

Yorb is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to ensure the client experience is consistent, seamless, and proactively managed across client interactions. You will act as a key connector across Client Experience, Client Value, Innovation, Security, Core Services, and Corporate Services to help teams collaborate, stay aligned, and deliver strong client outcomes.

• Proven experience overseeing or coordinating workflow across multiple teams.
• Strong operational awareness, with understanding of how service and client outcomes connect end-to-end.
• Experience working with service management platforms (e.g. ConnectWise or similar).

• Coordinate cross-team collaboration so priorities and next steps are clear.
