Job summary

Linchpin Consulting in Auckland is partnering with Amova Asset Management to recruit a client service specialist for the GoalsGetter platform. You will be the first point of contact for investors and advisers, delivering high‑quality service and accurate information.

You will handle calls and emails, guide users through the platform, and support onboarding, engagement and operational processes while maintaining compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in frontline client service or contact centre, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent phone manner and professional communication across investors and advisers.
• Strong accuracy, data entry and compliance mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline phone support to investors and advisers via the GoalsGetter platform.
• Handle calls and emails, assess enquiries, and offer clear, practical guidance.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and adviser teams.
• Assist onboarding, engagement and activation initiatives for platform growth.
• Support process improvement and platform testing as needed.
