This is an exciting opportunity to join Amova Asset Management and support its ongoing growth and the continued success of the GoalsGetter platform.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about client service and has experience working with digital funds management, registry or administration platforms. Experience within the KiwiSaver or managed funds industry would be highly regarded.
Reporting to the Head of Client Experience, GoalsGetter, you will be the first point of contact for investors and advisers, delivering exceptional service and support across a wide range of enquiries.
This is a highly interactive role that requires confidence on the phone, the ability to think on your feet and a genuine commitment to helping people. You will build trusted relationships with clients and advisers, solve problems, answer questions and ensure every interaction reflects the high service standards of the GoalsGetter platform.
Key responsibilitiesProvide outstanding frontline phone service to investors and advisers through the GoalsGetter helpdesk.
Handle calls and email enquiries from new and existing clients confidently, professionally and accurately.
Quickly assess enquiries, think on your feet and provide clear, practical assistance and solutions.
Build rapport and trusted relationships with investors, advisers and adviser support teams.
Support adviser onboarding, engagement and activation initiatives that contribute to the platform’s growth and ongoing success.
Train financial advisers and their support teams to use the platform effectively.
Maintain and administer client-facing and adviser-facing operational processes, systems, fund information, disclosures and related platform content.
Update and improve procedures and processes to support accurate, consistent and compliant service delivery.
Support the management of customer complaints and ensure complaints are reported through the appropriate channels.
Contribute to process improvement, platform testing and the ongoing development of the GoalsGetter platform.
About youYou are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and creating positive client experiences. You have an excellent phone manner, are confident engaging directly with a diverse range of investors and advisers, and communicate clearly and professionally in a variety of situations.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of work. You are also comfortable completing administration activities, processing client requests and maintaining accurate data across digital platforms and systems. You understand the importance of accuracy, compliance and attention to detail in a financial services environment.
Experience with Digital PlatformsExperience working with digital platforms and business systems will be highly valued. You will be comfortable learning new technology, navigating multiple systems and using digital tools to deliver efficient and accurate client service.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous:
Customer Help Desk or case management systems.
CRM platforms used to manage client and adviser relationships.
Registry, investment administration or financial services platforms.
Digital workflow and process management tools.
HubSpot and/or Salesforce experience would be beneficial, but is not essential.
Most importantly, you will be confident using technology, able to quickly learn new systems and enjoy working in a digitally focused environment that continues to evolve and grow.
We would like to hear from you if you haveapproximately 3+ years' experience in a frontline client service, contact centre or customer support role, ideally within KiwiSaver, managed funds, financial services or a related client-facing environment, and possess the following attributes:
