Job summary

Cavanagh & Associates – Takapuna, North Island, seeks an outstanding Investment Associate to support investment advisors with a broad admin skillset and direct client contact. The role includes onboarding new clients, producing client communications, and ensuring timely settlements and transfers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Financial Services or Banking, strong communication skills, and adaptability to technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services/Banking preferred.
• Strong communication and client service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support investment advisors; be the go-to person.
• Onboard new clients.
• Point of contact for clients.
• Produce and distribute client reports and notices.
• Monitor settlements and coordinate transfers.
• Respond to inquiries with outstanding service.
• Assist with AML compliance and due diligence.
• Help set up events and meetings.
