Job summary

Generate KiwiSaver Scheme in Auckland is seeking an Adviser Support to join the In-House Advice team as the first point of contact for referred adviser queries and to assist with administrative tasks across the Distribution teams.

You will support outbound calls, respond to inquiries, manage lead queues, welcome new members, and help with weekly reporting. This role blends customer service with aspirations to grow in financial services within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales, call centre, customer service or equivalent role.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in administrative and reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to referred leads and schedule meetings in the In-house Advisers' calendars.
• Address queries from referring advisers and clients promptly and professionally.
• Manage multiple lead queues, ensuring attention to preferred contact times and client preferences.
• Handle inbound calls directed to the In-house Advice team with professionalism and efficiency.
• Proactively reach out to new members, ensuring they receive timely welcome calls.
• Support weekly reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all reporting activities.
