Job summary

Bay Audiology is seeking a Client Advisor in Whakatane to join a friendly, patient-focused team. This full-time role requires covering clinics across the region, handling front desk duties, appointments, and basic hearing screenings.

You’ll need customer service or retail experience, clear communication, and a proactive, tech-savvy approach. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required for travel between sites.

Client Advisor – Whakatane, Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. Flexibility required to cover clinics across the region as needed. Must have: Valid driver's license & access to a vehicle.
