Job summary

Bay Audiology in Porirua is hiring a Client Advisor on a part-time basis (Mon/Tue/Wed, 8:30am–5:00pm). You’ll cover clinics across the region, welcoming customers, managing front desk tasks and appointments, and supporting hearing aid services with training provided.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or retail experience, strong communication, admin skills, and a valid driver’s license to travel between sites as needed.

• Great phone manner and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Providing gold standard client care

• Comfortable navigating digital tools and adapting to new systems as technology evolves.
• (Hearing screening and hearing aid repair experience is not necessary and full training is provided in these areas)
