Job summary

Bay Audiology Napier Central is seeking a Client Advisor for a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility to cover clinics in the region. You will provide gold standard client care, greeting customers warmly and professionally.

Responsibilities include managing appointments, front desk duties, assisting with hearing aid repairs and over‑the‑counter sales, conducting basic hearing screenings, and traveling between clinics as required. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong administrative and multitasking abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide gold standard client care to customers.
• Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage appointments and front desk tasks across clinics.
• Assist with hearing aid repairs and over-the-counter sales.
