Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning staff during the night shift, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaned areas to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Train and mentor new cleaning staff on procedures, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering replacements as needed, and ensuring proper storage.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to a logistics environment.
• Address and resolve any immediate cleaning issues or operational challenges that arise during the shift.
• Maintain records of team performance, completed tasks, and supply usage.
• Communicate effectively with facility management regarding operational status and any concerns.
