Cleaner – Thompson's Horticulture (THL)

About the role

We're looking for a reliable and hard-working Cleaner to keep our team accommodation and office spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You'll be responsible for maintaining our RSE worker housing and THL offices to a high standard — making a real difference to the people who live and work here.

What you'll be doing

• Cleaning and maintaining communal RSE accommodation, including kitchens, dining areas, lounges, bathrooms, and laundry facilities
• Carrying out office cleans including floors, surfaces, amenities, and shared areas
• Performing house exit cleans and turnovers, including laundry
• Managing rubbish and recycling, and restocking cleaning supplies
• Reporting maintenance issues and following health & safety procedures

The role involves physical activity including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
