Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Class 5 Driver for our Wellington branch to support collections and deliveries for a key customer. Shift runs Monday–Friday with a 7pm start and a minimum 10 hours per day; flexibility for public holidays or weekend work as needed.

You will hold a clean NZ Class 5 license with Dangerous Goods endorsement; forklift license with OSH cert is ideal. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, scanning freight, delivering on time, and maintaining vehicle safety and

Connecting people and communities| Driving eCommerce | Moving New Zealand Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill. We're on the hunt for a Class 5 Driver to join our Wellington branch to assist with collections and deliveries with one of our key customers. Shift: Monday - Friday, 7pm start, minimum 10 hours per day Note: Flexibility required to work public holidays or weekend days if there's a need.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

This role will be responsible to assist with the timely safe handling of freight for the company to achieve their target delivery goals. Holding your Class 5 license with D&G is crucial to being able to fulfil this role successfully.

What you'll do:

• Load and unload freight safely by hand.
• Ensure freight is handled without damage.
• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.
• Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures
• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out.

What will you bring?
