Job summary

Team Global Express is seeking a Class 5 Driver to join our Dunedin branch to assist with collections and deliveries for key customers. Hold a NZ Class 5 license with Dangerous Goods endorsement; forklift license preferred; reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work Monday–Friday, 6am start.

Connecting people and communities| Driving eCommerce | Moving New Zealand Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating in New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill. We're on the hunt for a Class 5 Driver to join our Dunedin branch to assist with collections and deliveries with one of our key customers.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

This role will be responsible to assist with the timely safe handling of freight for the company to achieve their target delivery goals. Holding your Class 5 license with F and D&G is crucial to being able to fulfil this role successfully.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 6am start, approx. 40-50 hours per week

What you'll do

• Load and unload freight safely by hand.
• Ensure freight is handled without damage.
• Scan all freight. If you touch it, scan it.
• Deliver and pickup on time and in full.
• Actively participate in all safety processes and procedures.
• Always operate your vehicle in a safe and legal manner.
• Take pride in your vehicle by always keeping it clean and tidy - inside and out.
