Job summary

Canstaff is seeking an experienced Class 4/5 Truck Driver to join our well-established NZ-owned client in South Canterbury. This hands-on role involves transporting materials and structural components to sites and helping on site when needed.

You will operate Class 4/5 trucks, load and secure irregular loads, and uphold high health and safety standards while working with a supportive team in varied, non-repetitive work. Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Full Class 4 or 5 licence.
• Proven experience loading and securing a wide range of loads.
• Confidence handling unusual or oversized items.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in on site.
• Good problem-solving skills and a practical mindset.
• Reliability and a team-first attitude.

We're on the lookout for an experienced Class 4 / 5 Truck Driver to join a well-established, New Zealand-owned company based in South Canterbury.

About the role:

This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who enjoys variety and being part of a hardworking team. You'll be responsible for transporting a range of materials and structural components to sites, with plenty of variety in your day‑to‑day work. This isn't just driving you'll also be expected to jump in and help out on site when needed.
