Job summary

Tradestaff Northwest is seeking a reliable Class 2 Driver to join our busy North Auckland team. This is a hands-on delivery role involving loading, unloading and daily vehicle checks.

You will work locally across North Auckland with weekly pay, PPE provided and ongoing support from the Tradestaff Northwest team. A valid Class 2 licence and previous driving experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Class 2 Driver Licence.
• Have previous Class 2 delivery driving experience.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Physically fit with the ability to perform regular heavy lifting.
• Be able to load and unload materials.
• Reliable, punctual and able to start early.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Presentable and professional at all times.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Class 2 truck.
• Complete deliveries across North Auckland.
• Load and unload materials.
• Perform regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Assist with general labouring duties when required.
• Carry out daily pre-start and vehicle safety checks.
• Ensure loads are secure and transported safely.
• Keep the truck clean and in good working condition.
• Communicate with the team to coordinate daily deliveries.

Tradestaff Northwest is looking for a reliable and experienced Class 2 Driver to join a busy team working across North Auckland.

This is a hands-on driving role involving deliveries, loading and unloading, and regular heavy lifting. We’re looking for someone who is physically fit, reliable and happy to get stuck in when required.
