Job summary

Partners Life Limited is leading a growth-focused transformation and seeks a Claims Value Lead to guide the end-to-end claims value stream within Operations. The role drives customer outcomes at key moments by shaping practical interventions and prioritising investment with governance and controls.

You will own the roadmap, align stakeholders from delivery, change, technology and product, and lead readiness and adoption across the value stream to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or financial services desirable.
• Experience shaping, prioritising and delivering operational, customer journey improvements.
• Experience owning or contributing to roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to interpret customer, operational, financial and risk information.
• Experience working across delivery, change, technology, digital, product, risk and operational teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Understanding of benefits management, outcome tracking, business readiness and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the end-to-end claims value stream roadmap and prioritised backlog.
• Partner with the Value Stream Owner to agree outcomes, prioritise opportunities and recommend investment trade-offs.
• Use customer, operational, financial, claims and risk insights to define problems and shape practical solutions.
• Align cross-functional teams around priorities, dependencies and key decisions.
• Surface and help resolve risks, blockers and dependencies early.
• Ensure delivery of the agreed change outcomes.
• Lead business readiness and adoption across the claims value stream.
• Monitor performance and benefits following implementation, using insights to inform future priorities.
