Job summary

Partners Life Limited is seeking a Head of Claims Operations to lead our claims leadership team. This pivotal role focuses on administrative and operational support that enables our Claims teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes across the end-to-end journey.

Reporting to the General Manager Claims, you will drive operational performance, service delivery, triage, and capacity planning while guiding multi-year transformation focused on efficiency, scalability and customer experience

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex operational teams in financial services or insurance
• Strong understanding of claims governance, risk management, regulatory and conduct requirements
• Experience driving operational improvement, transformation, automation or digital initiatives
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing teams
• Comfortable working with data, technology and cross-functional teams
• Able to balance day-to-day operations with longer-term transformation

Responsibilities

• Lead the administrative and operational support function across Claims
• Oversee performance, service delivery, workflow management and capacity planning
• Drive process and system transformation in the claims environment
