Job summary

McLarens in Hamilton is seeking an experienced Claims Technician to join our team. You will work with Loss Adjusters and external suppliers to progress insurance claims through to settlement, across domestic and commercial portfolios.

You should have 2-3 years of claims experience, excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, empathetic approach to helping customers in times of need.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of claims experience is required.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with brokers, insurers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Work with Loss Adjusters and external suppliers to progress claims through to settlement.
• Support domestic and commercial claims; liaise with multiple stakeholders.
• Contribute to a collaborative, customer-focused claims process.

Your New Role

We are looking for a proficient and highly organised Claims Technician with 2-3 years of claims experience to join our Hamilton team. The role will work with Loss Adjusters and external suppliers from around the country progressing insurance claims through to settlement.Experience across both domestic and commercial claims would be highly advantageous.

You will be passionate about helping people, have an inquisitive mind and desire a challenging and rewarding role. You will have a track record for establishing and managing effective relationships with brokers, insurers and suppliers along with:
