Stellar Recruitment is seeking experienced Civil Foremen for dynamic roles in the Waikato and Bay of Plenty. You will lead from the front on drainage and earthworks, manage crews, read construction plans and ensure safety and quality across multiple civil infrastructure projects.

Join established contractors with strong project pipelines and long-term opportunities. You will drive productivity, coordinate plant, labour and materials on site, reporting to Project Managers and Supervisors.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, Supervisor or leading hand
• Strong background in drainage, earthworks or civil infrastructure
• Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple work fronts
• Ability to read plans and manage site productivity
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of civil construction health and safety requirements
• Full Class 1 driver's licence (or equivalent)

About the Role We're working alongside established civil contractors across the Waikato and Bay of Plenty who are looking for experienced, hands-on Civil Foremen to join their teams.

With a strong focus on drainage, earthworks and civil infrastructure, these opportunities suit someone who knows how to lead from the front, manage crews effectively and keep projects running safely, efficiently and on programme.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating daily site operations, managing people and resources, and ensuring work is completed to a high standard.

Duties

• Lead and coordinate civil construction crews across multiple work fronts

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman, Supervisor or experienced Leading Hand ready to step up
• Strong background in drainage, earthworks or civil infrastructure
• Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple work fronts
• Ability to read plans, understand levels and manage site productivity
• Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
• Sound understanding of civil construction health and safety requirements
• Full Class 1 driver's licence

Highly regarded:

• Experience in water infrastructure, stormwater or wastewater projects
• Relevant civil construction qualifications
• WTR endorsements or Class 2 licence
• Experience working across multiple crews or projects
• Strong technical knowledge of underground services and drainage
