Job summary

Ventia in Paeroa, New Zealand, is seeking a motivated Truck Driver / Labourer to support civil construction, roading and drainage projects while operating trucks and plant equipment safely and efficiently. You will perform drainage installation, trenching, pipe laying and road construction, carry out daily vehicle and equipment inspections, and assist with traffic management and site safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction, drainage, earthworks or road maintenance is desirable.
• WTR endorsement on Licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks and civil construction plant safely and effectively.
• Assist with drainage installation, trenching, pipe laying and road construction.
• Carry out daily vehicle and equipment inspections.
