Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in civil construction, drainage or related industry.
• Relevant hands-on experience as a Drainlayer, Drainage Operator, Excavator Operator or Drainage Labourer.
• Proven ability to safely operate relevant construction machinery.
• Current and clean Class 2 driver's licence; Class 4 licence advantageous.
• WTR endorsement advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install stormwater and sewer pipelines.
• Complete pressure and gravity drainage installations.
• Work on wastewater pump stations and treatment systems.
• Install water treatment and associated infrastructure.
• Operate 20T excavators safely and efficiently.
• Carry out excavation, trenching, backfilling and general civil works.
• Read and work from project requirements and specifications.
• Follow health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation.
