Veolia is hiring a Civil Construction Operator in Queenstown to deliver three waters capital works. You’ll support site activities, drive projects from setup to completion and help keep safety at the forefront with zero-harm practices.

Qualifications

• Hands-on trade experience in civil works or water infrastructure is preferred.
• Relevant drain laying or construction qualification is desirable; training provided for the right candidate.
• Exposure to water and/or wastewater industry knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the capital works team on site to ensure safe, efficient, and timely completion of all project deliverables.
• Execute all aspects of capital works projects from establishment through to completion.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and implement safety measures to maintain a zero-harm work environment.
• Coordinate with Team Lead, contractors, and internal departments for seamless project execution.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accurate on-site project documentation.
