Job summary

Roading and Building Recruitment in Harewood, South Island, is seeking two intermediate Civil Workers for a newly formed crew. You will perform road maintenance and roading prep, with tasks from plate compaction to spotter duties, sometimes operating Loaders and Diggers to gain extra hours.

The role requires a Full Class 1 license and WTR, reliability, and good teamwork. Work starts 6:30/7am to 5pm, with occasional earlier starts and Saturday options; great training opportunities and ongoing

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 license and WTR required as a minimum.
• Reliable transport and a willingness to work as part of a crew.

Responsibilities

• Roading maintenance and roading prep work.
• Plate compaction, boxing, and spotter duties.
• Occasionally operate Loaders and Diggers to gain extra hours.
• Work within a crew with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.
