Job summary

KiwiQuest in Timaru, Canterbury, is seeking workers for summer construction and labour duties across roading and civil sites. The role involves physical outdoor work, operating equipment when required, and supporting team safety on site.

Immediate starts are available with ongoing summer work. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, with travel or accommodation provided for some out-of-town projects as applicable. NZ work rights and current NZ location are required.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Relevant licences, tickets or industry experience where applicable.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and safety commitment.
• NZ work rights and current location in New Zealand.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Willingness to work away from home when required.
