Job summary

ASB Bank is seeking a Systems Specialist for CIAM, focusing on reliable, secure customer identity platforms across Windows and Linux environments. The role emphasizes automation, incident response, and improving platform operational health within a collaborative CIAM team at ASB.

You will collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to reduce manual work, scale services and strengthen security and performance in ASB's digital banking ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience operating production technology platforms in live environments.
• Proficient Linux administration and ongoing support.
• Proven ability to manage platform reliability and performance.
• Experience with patch management and lifecycle activities.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident handling skills.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell or similar.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience within SRE environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Improve reliability, availability and resilience of customer identity platforms.
• Maintain Windows and Linux infrastructure in production.
• Manage platform patching and lifecycle activities.
• Develop automation to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Contribute to SRE practices across the platform.
• Monitor platform health, performance and risks.
• Investigate incidents and perform root-cause analyses.
