Clarkson Electrical in Christchurch seeks a Branch Lead to oversee day-to-day service operations across electrical, property, fuels, carwash and HVAC&R streams. This hands-on leadership role requires field presence, client visibility and active management of the Christchurch hub.

You will coordinate planning, ensure safety, drive performance against KPIs, and lead multi-discipline technician teams to deliver high-quality service while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• Full, clean NZ Driver's Licence (manual vehicle).
• Minimum 5 years' working knowledge of at least two service disciplines (electrical, property, fuels, carwash, HVAC&R).
• Experience supervising or leading multi-discipline technician teams.
• Ability to manage multiple service disciplines, sites and teams simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of service operations across Christchurch disciplines: electrical, property, fuels, carwash, and HVAC&R.
• Plan and schedule planned, reactive, and project works weekly, maximizing time/resources.
• Ensure maintenance activities are safe, high quality, and first-time-fix where possible.
• Manage sub-contractor performance across disciplines to meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of changes and works across service streams.
• Ensure electrical registrations and licences are current; manage Cowley/HVAC&R certifications.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, codes, and standards across all service streams.
• Lead Christchurch-based technicians across all service disciplines and monitor performance.
• Adhere to Clarkson's and client HSSE policies, QMS, OH&S and EMS frameworks.
• Manage service delivery across all disciplines in line with contract KPIs and client expectations.
