New World Lincoln is seeking a skilled Produce Assistant Manager to lead a vibrant produce team. In this hands-on role you will support the Produce Manager, maintain high standards of quality, freshness and presentation, and help manage inventory and procurement to keep shelves inviting.

You will train and motivate staff, ensure food safety and health & safety compliance, and delegate responsibilities in the Manager's absence.

• Managing the department in the absence of the Manager.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role, early morning starts, 5 days a week, including one weekend day, with some flexibility depending on business needs.
