Job summary

Big Chill Distribution is seeking an experienced Class 5 Driver to join a full-time team at the Rukaura Superhub in Hamilton. You will handle delivery and pickup of chilled and frozen products and support loading/unloading with a strong emphasis on temperature control.

The role requires 12 months of NZ road experience, forklift operation, and a commitment to safety and customer service. Expect a Monday–Friday, 6pm start, with a supportive workplace and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Class 5 license with 12+ months NZ road experience.
• Forklift operation experience (OSH).
• Experience in frozem and temperature‑controlled environments.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Committed to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
• Good understanding of Health, Safety and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery and pick up of chilled and frozen products.
• Assist Stores team to present product for loading/unloading.
• Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Comply with delivery times and temperature control of customer goods.
• Maintain a clean and efficient working environment at all times.
