Job summary

ATLAS CHEFS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP in Blenheim, South Island, is seeking an experienced trade-qualified chef with 3–5 years’ experience to join our Atlas Adventure Train. You will work across resort and hotel settings, travelling from north to south, with opportunities for ongoing contracts and varied venues.

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication, a can-do attitude, and be prepared to plan menus and mentor a team.

Qualifications

• Trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience.
• Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
• Positive and ‘can do’ attitude.
• Own traditional uniform and knives.
• Experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking.
• Keen eye with high attention to detail.
• Menu planning and suggestions.
• Passion and enthusiasm to motivate a team.

If you want to travel and show your skills to new and interesting People then jump on Board the Atlas Adventure Train.

We can have you jumping from contract to contract, North to south all while experience new places and interesting people. Do not fear the unknown, we have been doing this awhile and will get you sorted.

Do you measure up? Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3-5 years experience, plus:

• Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude

• Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
