Job summary

Cardrona Ski Resort Ltd. is seeking an experienced Chef to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences in a fast-paced mountain kitchen. You will prepare high-quality dishes, uphold food safety, manage stock, and support daily kitchen operations while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience at Chef de Partie level or above.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Chef to help deliver exceptional food and memorable guest experiences in our fast-paced mountain environment.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality menu items, maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards, managing stock and food preparation, and supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy kitchen. You'll also help mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture.

What You'll Bring
