Job summary

Cardrona Ski Resort Ltd. seeks a friendly Cafe Assistant to support our on-mountain Food & Beverage team. You will handle cash, operate POS, serve food and drinks, and maintain a clean, welcoming venue for guests from around the world.

This part-time role covers 4 days per week with late-night Friday shifts, contributing to a lively mountain atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.

Are you passionate about delivering great food, excellent coffee, and exceptional guest experiences in a stunning mountain setting? We're looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team and help create memorable experiences for every guest who visits Cardrona.

About the Role

As a Cafe Assistant, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our on-mountain cafés and restaurants. You'll provide outstanding customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, operate point-of-sale systems, and help maintain clean, organised, and welcoming outlets.

This is a fast-paced role that requires a positive attitude, great communication skills, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. You'll be interacting with guests from around the world, helping ensure every visit to Cardrona is one to remember.

This is a part-time position, working 4 days per week. Flexibility to work our popular late-night Friday sessions will be required, helping create a vibrant mountain atmosphere for guests enjoying evenings at Cardrona.
