Job summary

Mitre10 MEGA Hastings is seeking a friendly, energetic team member for our Checkout and Customer Services team. You’ll be the face of the store, handling enquiries, processing sales, and helping customers find solutions to ensure a positive visit.

This frontline role requires a customer-focused approach, calmness under pressure, and the ability to juggle tasks while using store systems. Prior retail or cashier experience is advantageous, and a weekend roster is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process checkout transactions accurately.
• Help customers locate products and find solutions.
• Handle inquiries from customers and team members.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
• Roster includes at least one weekend day.
