Job summary

Christians Against Poverty New Zealand seeks a Chief Executive Officer to steward CAP's legacy while guiding its next season of impact and growth. You will lead strategic priorities, empower staff and ensure sustainable funding, all while upholding Christian values.

You will build partnerships with churches, supporters and communities, champion financial resilience for whānau, and report to the Board with governance accountability and integrity.

Qualifications

• Significant executive leadership experience, preferably as CEO or senior executive.
• Experience growing organisations, leading change and strategy.
• A strong commitment to Christian faith and CAP's mission.
