AA New Zealand is seeking a Centre Manager for the Manukau centre, the busiest in our network. You will lead a high-performing team of Customer Sales and Insurance Consultants while overseeing a satellite site in Takanini, driving sales, service and operational excellence.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong people skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to balance commercial performance with customer outcomes across multiple sites; you will shape a positive, values-led culture

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Customer Sales Consultants and Insurance Consultants across Manukau and satellite site in Takanini.
• Drive sales performance while delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining operational excellence.
• Manage budgets and resources, champion health and safety, and uphold risk and compliance standards.
• Lead through change, coach, develop and inspire staff to achieve ambitious goals.
