AA in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a Centre Manager for the busy Manukau AA Centre. You will lead a high-performing team of Customer Sales Consultants and Insurance Consultants while also overseeing our satellite site in Takanini.

This leadership role focuses on driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining stringent risk and compliance standards across both sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-performing teams in a customer-facing environment such as retail, banking, insurance or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of Customer Sales Consultants and Insurance Consultants at Manukau AA Centre and oversee the satellite site in Takanini.
• Drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensure operational excellence, and maintain strong risk and compliance standards across both locations.
• Coach, develop and inspire the team, manage budgets and resources, champion health and safety, and foster a positive, values-led culture.
