Inspired Education Group is seeking a Centre Manager for its Early Learning School in New Zealand. The role leads strategic, operational and educational directions to deliver exceptional learning experiences for 3 months to 5 years, within a licensed, purpose-built centre.

The ideal candidate has leadership excellence, deep knowledge of Te Whāriki and licensing requirements, and a strong focus on partnerships with families and staff to ensure enrolment targets and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' leadership experience in an early childhood education or related setting.
• Inspiring and people-focused leader who motivates and develops teams.
• Child-centred and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure the Centre's success.
• Drive enrolment growth through marketing and engagement initiatives.
• Lead curriculum delivery aligned with Te Whāriki and Reggio Emilia.
