Job summary

Inspired Education Group seeks an experienced Centre Manager to lead our Early Learning School in Auckland, guiding curriculum, operations and people to deliver outstanding education and care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.

You will drive enrolment growth, maintain licensing compliance, and foster a safe, inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with Te Whāriki and the Reggio Emilia approach. Strong stakeholder engagement with families/whānau and the wider community is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification such as a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent).
• Accreditation with New Zealand Education Department is required.
• Experience leading early childhood education services and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to ensure effective management and success of the Centre.
• Drive enrolment growth through marketing, family engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Lead curriculum excellence aligned with Te Whāriki and Reggio Emilia approach.
• Foster safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments that support child wellbeing and development.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team, including staff development and succession planning.
• Build strong relationships with families, whānau, and the wider community.
• Ensure licensing, regulatory, and organisational compliance.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and operational resources.
• Promote health, safety, and risk management.
