Job summary

Busy Bees Gladstone Road is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead a high-performing team. With the backing of a global early learning provider, you will coach staff, drive excellent outcomes for tamariki and whānau, and partner with your Regional Manager to balance care quality with financial performance.

You will manage occupancy, enrolments, rosters, and compliance with Te Whāriki, MOE Regulations, Licensing Criteria and Teaching Council requirements, while embedding Te Tiriti o

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or NZQA approved qualification and current teacher registration.
• Experience in a leadership role within the ECE sector with a passion for coaching and mentoring staff.
• Deep knowledge of Te Whāriki, MOE Regulations, Licensing Criteria and Teaching Council requirements.
• Experience with enrolments, rosters and occupancy targets.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and embedding Te Reo Māori and tikanga daily.
