Job summary

The Ministry of Social Development NZ in Christchurch seeks a Programme Coordinator. This full-time, permanent role connects MSD clients with employment-related programmes and services across regional offices and Canterbury service centres.

You will source and manage referrals from frontline Case Manager teams, outreach to place participants into programmes, organise recruitment seminars, and liaise with providers to monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Marketing our programme opportunities to clients and frontline teams.
• Managing the client referral system and coordinating next steps post-programme.
• Organising and delivering recruitment seminars for programmes.
• Liaising with programme providers and other stakeholders to maintain relationships.
• Monitoring programme performance and advising on improvements.
