Healthcarenz Limited in Levin is seeking energetic and motivated Casual Support Workers to help people with disabilities in our Levin residential services. You will join a team delivering 24/7 support, assisting with daily tasks, personal care, meals, swimming, and life-skills development.

You’ll work shifts on rosters, with potential sleepover payments in some rosters, and you’ll be part of a values-driven service that emphasises empathy, respect, and community inclusion.

Qualifikationen

• People who are passionate about helping others, are kind and understanding.
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred, including experience with disabilities and challenging behaviours.
• Full driver's license is essential.
• Somebody who has the initiative to push people for their goals, is energetic, outgoing, and can think outside the box.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.

This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and to do the things they want to do such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks and teaching life skills. - The list is endless! Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
