Job summary

Educare Early Learning Centres is seeking casual relievers (qualified and unqualified) to support tamariki across Auckland. This is a flexible role covering sick leave and other absences, with no fixed hours and the option to work across multiple centres and age groups.

Ideal candidates enjoy variety, teamwork and providing play-based learning experiences in warm, inclusive environments. You may travel within the Auckland region to support our centres and teams.

We are inviting expressions of interest from Qualified and Unqualified relief teachers to join our supportive Educare whānau across the Auckland region.

With centres across Auckland, this is a great opportunity to gain quality ECE experience while enjoying the flexibility of casual relief work.

About the Role

We are looking for relievers with broad availability, ideally:

• Available for full-day shifts


• Available Monday to Friday


• Able to travel across our Auckland centres

This is a casual reliever position that covers permanent staff during sick leave, annual leave, and other absences.

• No guaranteed or set hours


• No obligation to accept shifts that don’t suit you


• Opportunities to work across multiple centres and age groups

This role is ideal if you enjoy variety, flexibility, and working with different teams and environments. It is also a great opportunity to gain quality ECE experience across a range of centre settings.
