Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Brand Representative in store to build impactful displays and ensure our products are presented at their best across major NZ banners such as Pak'n Save, Woolworths and New World. Flexible start at 5am on weekdays with some Sundays; reliable transport and a valid driver's license required.

You will develop relationships with customers and sales teams, create displays, use point-of-sale materials effectively, and keep products available on-shelf.

Qualifications

• Previous merchandising experience preferred; training provided if needed.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• Flexible hours; shifts may change.
• Comfort using smartphone technology.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and ensure product presentation to plan.
• Create in-store displays and effective point-of-sale materials.
• Ensure products are on shelf and available for shoppers.

We want you to be our Brand Representative in store. Using your passion for our brands you will create interest and excitement for shoppers through building impactful displays and ensuring our products are presented at their best.

This is a casual role to work across all banners: Pak n Save, Woolworths, and New World; with potential to cover work at the Warehouse in Blenheim area. Flexibility to start at 5am weekdays, with some work on Sundays. You will need reliable transport, car insurance, and either a full or restricted driver's license as a requirement.

How you will contribute:

• Build strong relationships with our customers and sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful point of sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

What you will bring:

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don't worry, we will provide training if you haven't;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a smartphone.
