Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Brand Representative in Auckland to build engaging in-store displays and ensure products are well presented. You will work across Pak n Save, New World and Woolworths stores, coordinating with the Sales team and store staff.

The role requires a NZ driver's license, a reliable vehicle with insurance, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Training will be provided, and hours are flexible with guaranteed weekly hours.

More about the role

• Supporting Pak n Save, New World, and Woolworths stores at 5.5 hours weekly, within hours spread across Monday
• New World New Lynn
• Pak n Save Royal Oak
• Woolworths Lynmall

Schedule

• Pak n Save (3hrs) to be completed by 8am
• New World (1hr) and Woolworths (1.5hrs), morning (after Pak n Save completion)

Requirements

• NZ Full driver's license
• Worthy vehicle with car insurance

How you will contribute

• Build strong relationships with our customers and Sales team by being reliable, efficient and communicating effectively;
• Build displays of our products in line with our standards and in the pre-agreed locations;
• Use impactful Point of Sale on our displays to generate shopper interest in our products;
• Make sure our products are always available on shelf for shoppers to purchase;
• Keep looking for additional opportunities to enable shoppers to enjoy our products.

What you will bring

• Ideally have previous merchandising experience but don't worry, we will provide training if you haven't;
• Be confident with good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
• Be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and take pride in your work;
• Be flexible, as hours may change due to business needs and busy times of the year;
• Be comfortable using the technology in a Smart phone.
