Job summary

Gain Health Centre in Upper Hutt is seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to cover reception staff on leave. You will join a modern, medium-sized General Practice and work with GPs, nurses and an extended care team. NZ residency or valid NZ work permit is required.

This role focuses on front-desk reception, patient contact and maintaining a welcoming environment within our health service. Casual coverage will support ongoing patient care.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and driven administrator.
• Excellent phone manner.
• Experience with Med tech 32/Evolution is preferred.
• Be honest, confidential and friendly.
• Good communication skills with diverse groups.
