Auckland Council is seeking a friendly, customer-focused casual Museum Assistant for the New Zealand Maritime Museum. You will help deliver high-quality visitor experiences, assist with ticketing, retail, events, and programs, and contribute to a welcoming, accessible environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or hospitality and can work weekends and evenings. Police vetting and child safety checks are required, with NZ work rights.

• Experience in customer service, tourism, heritage, retail, or hospitality is highly valued.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
