Job summary

BNT Ashburton in Canterbury, New Zealand, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You’ll assist trade customers at the counter and over the phone, help them pick the right vehicle parts, and process orders with care to ensure accuracy and speed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, a genuine interest in cars or parts, and a can-do attitude. The role is full-time, with weekdays 8 am–5 pm and alternate Saturday mornings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a big plus.
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.
• A genuine interest in cars or parts.
