Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for the BNT Cromwell branch. The role involves serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone, helping customers select the right parts, and processing orders accurately in a fast-paced environment.

We value strong communication, a can-do attitude, and teamwork. The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday hours and Saturday mornings on rotation, offering a competitive salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience (automotive or trade industry experience is a big plus)
• Computer skills are a must (basic Excel skills are advantageous)
• A genuine interest in cars, or parts
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep things accurate

Responsibilities

• Serving trade customers at the counter and over the phone
