Job summary

Indie Campers is seeking a visitor-facing team member at our depot located at 189 Blenheim Road, Riccarton, Christchurch. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure campervans are clean and well-maintained, driving a campervan when required.

The role requires fluent English, a valid NZ driver's license, and willingness to work weekends/public holidays. You will report to the Branch Operations Assistant and contribute to smooth depot operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car is desirable.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand with a valid driver's license and capable of driving a campervan.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservations, greet guests, and manage check-ins/outs.
• Prepare and clean campervans for guests.
• Maintain campervans in top condition and monitor maintenance needs.
• Register guests, monitor stock, and process payments.
• Handle complaints and troubleshoot emergencies.
