Job summary

Jora New Zealand is seeking a dedicated person for a fixed-term 32-hour week role across Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday in our busy garden center. Prior plant and garden knowledge is an advantage; training will be provided for the right applicant.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Interest in plants or gardening helps.
• Ability to work in a busy garden center environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Maintain garden center standards and presentation.
• Ensure safety and proper lifting techniques (up to 20 kg).
• Support team during peak times and weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively at all levels and follow instructions.

We are seeking someone with the below attributes for a FIXED TERM (Until the end of January) 32 hours a week across Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday in our busy garden center.

Prior plant and garden care knowledge is an advantage; however, all training will be provided for the right applicant.
